I wanted to tell you thank you for all your help. I felt as though you were helping me pick something out for yourself. We received the package Thursday and according to Lesly it was better than he thought it would be. He showed it to a friend who told him not to shop for it online but to go to Canal Street or the Diamond District instead, the skeptic was surprised and didn't match the value and actual price. The truth is that I have yet to see it because his rule is that I will see my ring when I get it, I know have a reason to hate surprises. I just wanted to follow-up with you regarding the ring I ordered from Ann Harrington Jewelry. My tenth wedding anniversary was May 25th. I ordered a sapphire ring from your website on the 24th and asked that you help expedite shipping if you could. It wasn't the most expensive ring on your site and it was my fault for waiting so long to order it. Neither of these facts bothered you as you went out of your way to change your normal order fulfillment processes and had the ring shipped directly to my house from the manufacturer via FedEx overnight so I'd have it on our anniversary. The ring arrived at our doorstep at 2:30 (I was tracking in online all day on my computer at work). When I arrived home early from work at 4:30, I had time to get it ready to present to my wife at dinner . It's unlike me to have a gift on time for our anniversary, let alone such a nice quality piece of jewelry like the sapphire and diamond ring I purchased from your site. She was thrilled to tears and hasn't stopped showing it off to all of her friends.
