Our Policy

RETURN POLICY:

If your item is not non-returnable (see below) and you would like to return it, please e-mail us & send it back with your order # within 30 days of purchase date, for a refund, minus a $20 USPS shipping, insurance and restocking fee (overnight and international delivery shipping cost varies). We can waive the $20 fee if you wish to exchange for another item of greater or equal value and keep it. All items must be sent back fully insured & with delivery confirmation to: AHJ, P.O. Box 882593, San Diego, CA 92168 (for USPS only). Tracking number must be emailed to us as soon as item is shipped. Items returned after 30 days are based on approval. If approved, they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and can only be exchanged for equal or greater value. Please allow 10 business days for refund processing after item is received back.

*Special Orders that are manufactured by our company are returnable with a 25% restocking fee. However, if you choose to cancel after receiving the graphic rendering, we will deduct $25-$50 to cover the cost of the rendering. Or, if you cancel before we ship, the 25% restocking fee will be applied.  

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Items that have been worn, resized either by us or other (If a size is chosen that does not have "(Stock)" next to it, it will be resized and become non-cancellable, non-returnable. Also, if a stock size is chosen and we don't have that size, if we resize it, it becomes non-cancellable, non-returnable) engraved, customized, or altered such as a semi mounting or mounting with a peg head soldered on or a setting or semi setting set with a center diamond or damaged in any way, will not be accepted. Appraisals for jewelry items are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

WARRANTY:

If your item has a problem due to a factory defect and is not non-returnable (see above), please return within 30 days for repair or exchange (depending on the condition). This warranty does not cover the loss of large stones. However, if 1-2 stones smaller than 1.5 mm falls out within 1 year, we'll send you up to 2 stones to replace them for free.

SOLD SEPARATELY:

Center stones shown with settings, semi mountings, semi settings and peg heads are sold separately. Diamond solitaire rings shown with ring wraps, enhancers and guards are also sold separately.
