If your item is not non-returnable (see below) and you would like to return it, In order to process your return as quickly as possible, it is essential that you obtain a return authorization number from our customer service representative. You can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 800-292-9607. We will give you return authorization number and address of where to send the return to. Unfortunately, packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Send it back with your RAN within 30 days of date you received it, for a refund, minus shipping & handling fee. All items must be sent back fully insured & with delivery confirmation to return address we give you. Tracking number must be emailed to us as soon as item is shipped. Items returned after 30 days are based on approval. If approved, they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and can only be exchanged for equal or greater value. If a charge such as shipping was covered by us in good faith and the order is returned or cancelled, you will be responsible for that charge. Please allow 10 business days for refund processing after item is received back.
*Special Orders that are not resized or altered and are manufactured by our company are returnable with a 25% restocking fee. However, if the special order includes a CAD rendering and you choose to cancel after receiving the graphic rendering, we will deduct $300 to cover the cost of the rendering. Or, if you cancel before we ship, the 25% restocking fee will be applied. If a ring guard, enhancer, or wedding band is made, it is recommended that your ring being fitted for it is sent to us. If you do not send it and rely on basic measurements, it is not our responsibility if it does not fit properly.
Items that have been worn, resized either by us or other (If a size is chosen that does not say "6 (Stock) or 7 (Stock) " default for women or "10-11(Stock)" default for men, it will be resized and become non-cancellable, non-returnable. Also, engraved, customized, or altered such as a semi mounting or mounting with a peg head soldered on or a setting or semi setting set with a stone or damaged in any way, will not be accepted. Appraisals for jewelry items are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Recommendation: Choose option 6 (Stock) or 7 (Stock) default or 10-11(Stock) default and send back within 30 days for FREE Resizing if order is over $500 (Otherwise, resizing is $20 to $50 depending on size and style). If you have it resized with your local jeweler within 30 days, and order is over $500, we can credit you back $20 to $50 (what we normally charge) depending on size.
If your item has a problem due to a factory defect and is not non-returnable (see above), please return within 30 days for repair or exchange (depending on the condition). This warranty does not cover the loss of large stones. However, if 1-2 stones smaller than 1.5 mm falls out within 1 year, we'll send you up to 2 stones to replace them for free.
Center stones shown with settings, semi mountings, semi settings and peg heads are sold separately. Diamond solitaire rings shown with ring wraps, enhancers and guards are also sold separately.
